    Double weather warning in force on Island

    Two weather warnings have been issued by the Island's Met office.

    A yellow warning is out until 3pm today, with severe gale force winds that could reach up to 65mph, heavy rain could also see up to 60mm falling over the hills.

    Both could cause minor damage, flooding and travel disruption today.

    An amber warning has also been issued for coastal overtopping from 8am this morning -  Castletown, Douglas, Laxey and Ramsey Promenades thought to be the most affected.
