Douglas Council says it's reconsidering plans to replace changing rooms used by footballers, after a tendering process.
The local authority had been given planning permission to replace the facilities at Spring Valley in January last year.
However, after a second tendering process, two tenders to do the work would have cost more than expected.
The council says the lowest tender isn't value for money and exceeded its budget - it'll now look at alternative options.
