Almost 50 people were rescued from Manx waters over the last year thanks to lifeboats.
There were 42 launches, with 46 people rescued, from the five RNLI stations around the Island.
Douglas Lifeboat rescued the most people and was also the busiest Island station - 20 people were brought back safely from 14 launches altogether.
