A motorist has narrowly escaped prison after being caught drink driving for a second time.
Michael Williamson, of Tromode Road in Douglas, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 60 year old pleaded guilty to being three times over the limit near his home on March 26 - members of the public reported his driving to police.
When stopped he could barely walk and fell onto his car bonnet - the court heard he'd been convicted in 2018.
Williamson was given a 14-week jail term suspended for two years, banned from driving for five years and ordered to pay £125 costs.
