Manx decathlete Alf Oddie says athletes who compete in this year's Commonwealth Games will create memories that will last a lifetime.
This year's sporting event will take place in Glasgow between July 23rd and August 3rd.
The Commonwealth Games is the biggest international multi-sport event where the Isle of Man is allowed to compete as an independent state.
Alf - who competed in Edinburgh in 1986 - says athletes shouldn't worry about being the best but to enjoy the experience.
