Water and Sewerage Authority tell dog owners to keep their animals under control when visiting reservoirs
The Water and Sewerage Authority is calling foul on irresponsible dog owners.
They state that if they continue to allow their dogs to foul on the land adjacent to the reservoirs, or let their dogs swim in the water then they'll be forced to close them to public access.
The Authority have said they're committed to promoting reasonable access to its reservoirs for the enjoyment and recreation of the public of the Isle of Man and will not hesitate to take this action if the quality of its essential raw water resource is compromised in any way.
