Fire crews were called out to a fire in the early hours of this morning at an industrial unit in Douglas.
The blaze was confined to a garage unite on Demesne Road, fire fighters arrived on scene around 1.15am to the find a well established blaze.
Using breathing apparatus they were able to control the fire using hose reels and fire fighting jets.
Crews then worked with the Manx Utilities Authority to isolate the damaged power cables and make the building safe before leaving the scene at 03.50am.
Fire officers are investigating the ignition of the fire, but it is not thought to be suspicious
