Firefighters were called to fire at a farm in the west of the Island yesterday.
The Fire and Rescue Service says it was called to the Kirk Michael area at around 10.30am where crews found a farm outhouse alight.
Firefighters say it was difficult to get water supplies to fight the fire because of the location of the farm.
But they brought the blaze under control after about an hour and stayed for an extra 30 minutes to make sure to dampen hot spots.
