The police officer who was first on the scene at the Governors bridge incident on Monday where a digger fell on top of a car has been speaking to three fm about the moment he arrived.
Andy Reed told us that when the turned up at the horrific scene he was preparing himself for the worst.
However, a family of four made a miraculous escape.
A nine month old baby, four year old child and their parents managed to get out of the car just in time before it was crushed by the digger.
