Airline Loganair says it'll run flights to Heathrow and London City airports from April.
Services between Heathrow and Ronaldsway will start on Tuesday, May 3 and tickets will go on sale next week.
Chamber of Commerce chief executive Rebecca George says the organisation's very pleased to see the return of flights to central London.
Loganair previously scrapped the route in July last year after the government ended subsidies introduced when borders closed because of coronavirus.
