Flybe will carry on with the Isle of Man oto Liverpool route despite prior fears to the contrary.
Although a slightly reduced weekday service it will maintain a three times daily operation.
This means the patient transfer service will also be continuing.
Flybe will also continue serving its Manchester and Birmingham routes, in total offering 57 flights a week from the Island throughout the summer season.
The news quashes any fears that more routes would be stopped after Flybe took the decision to shut its Ronaldsway base with the loss of nearly 50 jobs.
