The number of people being prosecuted for benefits fraud has more than halved in the last five years.
The information has been revealed in a Freedom of Information request to the Attorney General's Chambers.
In 2017, 27 people were prosecuted - but last year that number fell to just 12.
The AG's chambers says it doesn't know how many staff were involved in the prosecutions or how much each case cost the taxpayer.
