    Footballer collapse has sparked surge of Donations - Craig's Heartstrong Foundation

    An Island charity which provides defibrillators says it's seen a surge of donations since a footballer at the Euro 2020 championships collapsed on the pitch.

    Denmark's Christian Erikson fell ill on Saturday as he played in an international match against Finland - hie life was saved by CPR and a defibrillator.

    Craig's Heartstrong Foundation, which was set up in after the death of Island footballer Craig Lunt in 2005 from an undiagnosed heart condition, says a number of companies got in touch over the weekend.

    They've donated funds to provide more life-saving equipment for use around the Isle of Man.
