Former MHK expects to see at least 6 new faces in House of Keys

A former MHK expects to see at least 6 new faces in the House of Keys by the end of today.

Election day is well underway on the Island now with the polling stations opening at 8am, they’ll remain open until 8pm. 

There’s a record turnout expected with over 60,000 people eligible to vote on the Island.

Former Ayre representative Edgar Quine says the backdrop to this election of economic downturn and the major loss of the VAT sharing agreement has left voters desiring change.
