A former member of Legislative Council will have to wait for a verdict in his trial for alleged data protection breaches.
Juan Turner, his father David Turner, and companies Island FM and Carrick Creative all appeared in court this week charged with failing to maintain entries on the data protection register.
At Douglas Courthouse on Friday, the prosecution and defence summed up their cases before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes.
She’s adjourned the hearing while she considers her verdict, which will be handed down at a date to be fixed.
