Manx Care says someone on the Island has been waiting almost four and a half years to get a dentist.
A Freedom of Information request asked how many people were waiting to be allocated a dentist, and how long they'd been on the waiting list.
In its response, Manx Care said at the end of May it had 5,169 people on the dental allocation list.
And the person who'd been on the waiting list the longest had spent 1,611 days on it - after being added in January 2020.
