Foxdale's main road will reopen later - after nine months of roadworks.
The A3 in Foxdale shut in October last year while the Department of Infrastructure installed new pipes and resurfaced the highway.
It reopened in June for two weeks during TT, but closed again after the festival.
It's due to reopen at 5pm.
