Free First Aid Training

If you're interested in first aid training then the Douglas rotary club are offering free 'heart start' courses.

The course, which is just two hours long, mainly focuses on how to resuscitate and unconscious person.

Qualified Red cross trainers will be conducting the course - they say even a minimum of training could make the difference between life and death.

Attendance is free - the first one is at the new Red Cross headquarters at the Isle of Man business park this Thursday (11th) starting at 10AM.
