The Garden Party affirmed its status as the Island's best loved music festival on Friday of last week, with a packed out Jaberwocky playing host to its launch party.
The capacity crowd saw performances from a host of local talent with Garden Party Spokesperson, Conrad Roberts branding it 'the perfect launch party'
So far the line-up consists of a host of local and UK based talent both emerging and established, with Turin Breaks and Starsailor front man James Walsh the most instantly recognisable.
However the organisers have teased that they have some major announcements regarding the headline acts still to come, with Conrad saying 'we can't wait for the reaction to our plans for the festival'.
Daniel Aziz, Joint-Owner of Jabberwocky said, 'Everyone at Jabberwocky was honoured to have the opportunity to work with The Garden Party, in a unique, local and cultural event for the community. It is great to see that people like Gianni and Con are able to turn words into actions and make a dream a reality!'
The event will take place on the 6th and 7th July to coincide with Tynwald and the Queens Diamond Jubilee.
