Record Level of Passes and A Grades
Over 930 students received their GCSE results yesterday, and as seems to be the tradition year on year pass rates are at an all time high.
A record number of passes at grades A and A star were also recorded, the number of entries were however slightly down on last year as was the total points score.
On average each student was entered for 9.7 GCSE’s – the second highest figure ever.
