Global 'ideas' movement hits Douglas

NASA astronaut colonel Ron Garan will visit the Island to attend an event which promotes idea sharing with communities around the world.

TEDx stands for Technology, Entertainment and Design; the TEDxDouglas event will see Mr Garan give a talk on the importance of social change.

People from all walks of Island life are being asked to attend on 10th November at the Youth Arts Centre in Douglas - which will be broadcast live on the Internet.
