The government has shared an update on progress at the Isle of Man Ferry Terminal in Liverpool.
Paving has started to be installed at the front of the main passenger building, with tarmac also being laid on the vehicle lanes in the foot passenger drop off area.
Once completed, the £70m facility will accommodate a maximum of 1,000 passengers.
A time lapse video showing the development of the site can be found on the government's Youtube channel.
