A Douglas man will be sentenced next week after being caught with cannabis.
23-year-old Luke Michael Callister of Lheannagh Park, admitted the offence at Douglas Courthouse earlier this week.
Police stopped Callister just after 10pm at the Milestone Garage on July 21st after they noticed a strong smell of cannabis coming from a car he was in.
A subsequent search revealed he had a small amount of cannabis in a glass jar and a grinder - the drug was valued at £16.
A social enquiry report will be carried out before Callister is sentenced on October 2nd; he's been bailed until that date.
