One of the first ever celebrity guests at the Island's Food and Drink Festival has died.
Dave Myers, one half of the Hairy Bikers, passed away last night at the age of 66 after battling cancer for some time.
The duo visited the Island in 2006 to film an episode of the Hairy Bikers' Cookbook during TT, and featured at the first ever Food and Drink Festival.
They visited the Island to film another cookery show episode last year, although no broadcast date has been set for the show.
