Motorists are being warned to make sure their lights are working after another clampdown by police.
Officers from the Roads Policing Unit carried out checks on a number of vehicles earlier this week.
A number of Vehicle Defect Rectification Notices were issued for broken headlights - they allow the driver time to have them fixed.
