    Health Minister eyes up better stroke facilities

    Stroke patients could see a significant improvement in on-Island services:

     
    That's the Health and Social Care Minister - who'll be asking for permission to build the extension at Noble's Hospital. 
     
    It follows a scathing report which spotlighted the Isle of Man as being "in the bottom half" of stroke care in the British Isles. 
     
    Patients now remain on Ward 7 rather than being transferred to Ward 20 for rehabilitation - Howard Quayle says he can't reveal how much it will cost:
