The Health Minister says her department hasn't taken any significant steps to prepare for the Assisted Dying Bill to come into force.
Claire Christian MHK was quizzed in the House of Keys about what preparatory work had been completed by her department to enable the provision in the health care service.
She said that it wouldn't be appropriate to use resources on a Bill that hasn't been approved yet.
