The ManxSPCA wants to make sure our dogs don't suffer 'separation anxiety' if you're returning to work.
The organisation says during lockdown our canines have become used to having us around and, once that changes, they can feel the effects of long hours on their own.
As a result, MSPCA is giving tips to dog owners on how to manage this such as heading out earlier in the morning to take them for a walk, leaving stimulating toys in the house and not get angry with them as they adapt to the new routine.
Teams at the facility say if the problem persists to seek the advice of your vet or a dog trainer.
