A Hollywood reader will be judging 45 unique film scripts submitted as part of the MannIN Shorts screenplay competition.
Julie Gray is tasked with whittling the entries down to just six from Island-based and Manx writers who could have their short film funded.
Winners could have 50 per cent of their production budget - which is up to £7,500 - made available by Isle of Man Film.
Julie has taught at Warner Bros. Studios, the London Screenwriter's Festival, The Great American Pitch Fest and many other events.
