The staff at Ramsey Cottage Hospital have received top recognition for meeting the investors in people standard.
Ramsey first gained IIP status in 2005, and following its second external review its moved beyond the baseline standard achieved Bronze status.
The aim of the IIP scheme is to help organisations improve their performance by developing and harnessing the skills of their workforce; it's utilised all over the world.
The Chief Minister, Allan Bell, was on hand to make the presentation, he said he fully supports IIP, and now more than ever it can help fuel growth and business excellence locally in the private sector.
The scheme is is co-ordinated in the Isle of Man by the Department of Economic.
