A field in Ramsey could become 13 new homes, if planners give the go-ahead.
Carol Randall of Andreas has applied for permission to build nine houses and four flats on the land on Clifton Drive.
In the application, it says the Ramsey local plan recommended no more than six houses for the site, which backs onto the Grove Museum site.
It also notes Ramsey commissioners and Manx National Heritage objected to a previous application.
