The Island's lockdown could be lifted entirely by Monday, February 1.
It comes following the Chief Minister outlining a number of new rules from Saturday.
It includes people meeting others from different households' outdoors and a number of tradespeople allowed to return to work.
He added if there are no more community cases by the 1 February, all restrictions, bar borders, will be lifted.
This would mark 21 days without evidence of community transmission on Island.
Mr Quayle did say this is only a plan and may change.
