If your dream is to live above a pub, you may be in luck!
Third Man Properties of Ballafurt Road in Port Erin has applied for planning permission to turn existing residential accommodation above the Stanley Hotel in Ramsey into two flats.
In its application, the company says the conversion work would mean only minor changes to the building's appearance.
And it adds the flats wouldn't affect the pub's operation in any way.
