The Island's next census will take place on Sunday, April 26.
From Monday, April 20, every household will get a letter explaining how to either complete it online or ask for a paper copy.
As an interim census, there will be a shorter list of questions than the last full census, held in 2021.
Cabinet Office Minister David Ashford says it will collect important information which government uses to plan services and policies.
