    Island pubs go on the market

    Three pubs which are run by Heron and Brearley are being sold off.

    Black Grace Cowley is marketing the three venues in Laxey, Colby and Douglas. 
     
    The Mines Tavern freehold is available for £395,000, the Colby Glen for £595,000 and Carnival on Strand Street for purchase - offers are invited in the region of £1,350,000. 
     
    The properties are also being marketed by the UK leisure property company Fluerets. 
     
    Heron and Brearley has yet to comment on the sales.
