Island urged to become 'one big neighbourhood watch'

Officers are currently trying to find those responsible for a recent crime wave which saw 21 burglaries reported in six days. 

 

Using the hash tag 'OneBigNeighbourhoodWatchIOM' police have taken to social media to remind people they need help. 

 

Anyone who sees anything unusual has been asked to phone it in immediately - police say delays mean they often lose vital information and they'd rather get several calls than none.
