The Island's Emergency Services Joint Control Room has received a prestigious award for outstanding medical dispatch.
It's been named an Accredited Centre of Excellence by the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch, making it one of 339 recognised globally.
The award highlights the ESJCR's ability to handle emergency calls and dispatch help.
Valid for three years, the accreditation process involves meeting 20 points to be awarded.
