School leaders on the Island have voted to accept a revised pay offer.
Members of NAHT accepted an offer from the Department of Education, Sport and Culture that includes introducing up to 20 cover supervisors with recruitment starting immediately, and ensuring that pay talks for 2022/23 begin straight away.
A majority of 91% of balloted members voted to accept the deal, after a previous offer was rejected in January.
Rob Kelsall, NAHT National Secretary, says their members are hard-working professionals and deserve to be recognised as such.
