Keys to consider new Data Protection laws

Manx politicians will discuss a wide range of subjects when the House of Keys sits today.

In total, there are 12 questions for oral answer, and six for written reply.

Topics under the spotlight include a review of the Island's health service, dentists and maternity and paternity leave.

Just one new piece of legislation is tabled for its first reading today, covering data protection.

The bill could also get its second reading if Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas gets the backing of fellow MHKs.

The sitting starts at 10am in Douglas.
