    Keys to hear about electricity connection charges

    The House of Keys sits this morning to discuss issues including pelvic mesh implants, government heating and electricity connection fees.

    When MHKs sit from 10am they'll have six questions to put to ministers, and hear statements about the meat plant and proposed assisted dying laws.

    Members will also have to elect a new deputy speaker after Daphne Caine became the Island's education minister.

    Legislative Council will sit from 2.30pm to discuss laws about fines and employment.
