Duncan Livingstone will serve on the board after winning a by-election this week.
Duncan Livingstone was elected to the board in a by-election with 141 votes- his opponent Sosthene Boussougou was unsuccessful with 102 votes.
Mr Livingstone takes the seat made vacant when Barry Murphy stood down from the commission last month.
