Manx Utilities says people in Braddan may notice discoloured water tomorrow.
A new mains connection means the water supply on Vicarage Road will be disconnected shortly before midnight.
It'll mean people nearby have no water for up to four hours, and supplies may be discoloured afterwards.
The organisation says the advice is to run the downstairs cold water tap until it clears.
