Make-up artist caught offering unlicensed service

That's the warning from government's health and safety directorate - it's after an unregistered make-up artist was found to be offering the 'microblading' service.

 

Microblading is the method of depositing small amounts of ink onto the skin, commonly used when tattooing permanent eyebrows.
