A Douglas man is alleged to have committed a sex act in front of a teenage girl while on a bus.
The defendant, who cannot be named under new laws giving defendants anonymity, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 30-year-old is said to have committed the indecent act on public transport on March 26.
No plea has yet been entered.
The case was adjourned until April 2 and the defendant was remanded in custody.
