An Anagh Coar man will appear in court next month charged with breaching coronavirus restrictions.
Graham Peter Skillicorn of Cushag Road was due to appear before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse but was told not to attend because of the Island's current lockdown.
The 61 year old denies failing to comply with an emergency powers direction on November 13, and is also accused of breaching a licensing order on November 9.
Mrs Hughes bailed him in his absence to appear in court again on May 11.
