A Douglas man accused of having two fake identities has been remanded in custody.
James Alec Douglas of Central Promenade appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse via a live videolink from prison.
At an earlier hearing, he pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis and obstructing police but denies possessing almost £7,200 in criminal property.
The 31-year-old hasn’t yet entered a plea to a single count of committing an act against public justice, and the court heard he’s the subject of an American extradition warrant.
There was no bail application and he was remanded in custody until his next court appearance on December 7.
