A food drive in honour of Mandela Day raised over £460 for the Island's Foodbank, along with 13 crates of supplies.
The event was organised by Vanessa Naude, owner of local business Isle Settle, and encouraged people to do what they can to make a difference.
Vanessa says the food drive was aimed at expressing gratitude for the opportunities afforded to South Africans to make the Island their home.
Director of the Isle of Man Foodbank, David Gawne, says the generosity seen during this campaign is 'truly inspiring.'
