Manx Care is reassuring patients after concerns online about their continence service.
On Facebook, the health service says no change is being made to the product itself or the amount that patients will receive.
It says the only change it's making is that it is asking patients to activate their order by phone the week before they'll need to collect it.
It says this change will allow the team to more effectively confirm individuals' needs and better manage stock.
