Manx Care says the Island hasn't spent any money on gender reassignment surgery in the past 12 months.
A Freedom of Information request asked how much money had been spent on operations in the last year.
But Manx Care says it doesn't hold the information.
In its response, it says there are no Gender Incongruence clinics in the UK accepting new patients from the Isle of Man.
