Manx footballer linked with Man U move

A Manx football player could be on his way to one of the biggest clubs in the English Premiership according to reports in the UK.

The Daily Mirror says Celtic defender Kieran Tierney is being linked with a £10 million move to Manchester United.

The 19-year-old, who was born on the Island, joined Celtic at the age of seven and has made more than 60 first-team appearances as well as being capped three times for Scotland.

The Mirror says Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has made Kieran one of his top targets as he looks for a new left back.
